Who could possibly forget the pocket sized fireball designer from Project Runway, Christian Siriano? I mean hell, he coined the term "Hot Tranny Mess" which will forever be apart of our lexicon.

I'm still trying to figure out how I feel about Christian Siriano pairing up with Payless....on the one hand I'm happy to see that Payless is upping their game but at the same time I'm wondering if that was the smartest move for Christian...
